Welcome to Elburton Tutors. We are Robert and Hannah, a local husband and wife teaching team with over 20 years of combined experience in education.

We support children from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE Maths, alongside 11+ preparation for Year 5 pupils and Year 4 children who would like to start earlier. Our aim is to provide calm, focused tuition that helps each child feel supported and more confident in their learning.

As teachers and parents ourselves, we understand the importance of strong relationships between teacher, parent and child. We tailor learning to the pupil, explain concepts clearly and keep every session positive and purposeful.

60-minute personalised tuition for KS3 Maths and GCSE Foundation or Higher.

Small group tuition

Maximum six pupils, 60 minute sessions, KS1, KS2, KS3 Maths, 11+ and GCSE Maths.

Having known Hannah since we were 11 and Rob as a young submariner it's been an honour to watch them develop in their careers and have them as advisors (and godparents) to our own children who are currently KS1 and KS2. Their combined knowledge has helped our children and us as parents understand the curriculum and the expectations on our children throughout each stages of their school life.
